NDT methods we provide are listed below

UT-Ultrasonics will determine thickness,velocity or locate defects, longitudinal, shear and surface waves can be produced.

MT-Magnetic Particle locates surface and near surface defects,

and is used to locate surface cracks in ferromagnetic metals.

PT-Penetrant locates surface defects and is used to locate surface cracks in metals and some nonmetals.

VT-Visual locates cracks, corrosion and other surface defects and is used to verify if welds meet acceptance criteria for size, length, contour, location and overall quality.Borescopes can be used to take still images, measurements or record video.

Training and Certification

Classes include:

UT, MT, PT and VT meeting

toward level I, II or III certification.RT (film reading)
